At this stage of the project, the lake and its immediate surroundings in the Ópusztaszer National Heritage Park will be rehabilitated. In order to make the environment airier and more appealing, the overgrown lakeside vegetation will be rehabilitated and professionally pruned. Following the environmentally friendly and chemical-free biological water treatment, algae and lake mud formation is expected to be reduced. Since the outdoor furniture (benches, litter bins etc.) is timeworn and warped, it will also be replaced.
