The mapping, systematic research and processing of the court documentation found in the archives largely complements the documents concerning companies kept in the Historical Archives of Senta, therefore we can gain information about the operation of companies we haven’t known.
The database contains data of companies operating in the towns and settlements along the river Tisa in Bácska (Bačka) - Ada, Adorján (Adorjan), Magyarkanizsa (Kanjiža), Martonos (Martonoš), Mohol (Mol) and Zenta (Senta), as well as the area around Szeged (Segedin) – Hódmezővásárhely, Horgos (Horgoš) and Ópusztaszer registered in the period between 1876 and 1920 in the register of the Royal Court in Szabadka (Subotica) and the Royal Court in Szeged.
There were two types of commercial registers: the partnerships and individual companies were registered separately.
